We don't tell you what to find in the cup. An experience open to your own perception.
Accept the challenge — $34.900How many secrets will you uncover before we reveal the producer's profile?
Binario Café is a Colombian specialty-coffee platform that turns cupping into a sensory challenge: you taste blind, record your own profile, and compare it to the producer's.
Explore the platform →Specialty coffee has a snobbery problem. A label lists ten notes you're supposed to find, and if you don't, you feel like you failed an exam you never signed up for. We think that's backwards. Your palate is yours. So we hide the answer, hand you the cup, and let you decode it on your own terms — then, and only then, do we reveal what the producer recorded.
We don't tell you what to find in the cup. An experience open to your own perception.
Accept the challenge — $34.900No notes, no scores, no hints. Just the cup and your senses.
Rate acidity, body, sweetness, aroma and finish on a 1–5 scale.
Reveal the producer's official profile and see where you align.

Every cup begins as a zero — an unknown, a thing to be explored. Tasting is the act of turning zeros into ones, one axis at a time. We are not here to grade you. We are here to make the decoding worth doing.
We're not selling yet, but we're already roasting. Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram and we'll let you know the moment there's a lot to decode.
