We think it works the other way around — your palate is yours, not someone else's list. That's why the challenge starts at 0, what's hidden, and only becomes 1 once you reveal what you found, on your own terms.
Blind cupping, direct verification
There's no notes card before you taste. You get the coffee encrypted — no descriptors, no scores, no one telling you what you should find — and you record your own profile for acidity, body, sweetness, aroma and finish.
Only after you've committed to your profile do we reveal the producer's official one. That's when 0 becomes 1: you compare, see where you matched and where you didn't, and learn something about your own palate along the way.
Every micro-lot is connected to a verified producer in Pitalito, Huila — no intermediaries reinterpreting the data between the farm and your cup.
