Privacy policy
This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to your data when you contact Binario Café. Short version: this site collects nothing on its own.
What data we collect
The site is static and has no forms: it collects no data on its own. When you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or email, we receive whatever you share in that conversation: your phone number or username, the name you have set, and the content of your messages.
What we use it for
Only to reply to you, and to let you know when a lot is available if you ask us to. We don't sell or share your data with third parties, and we don't use it for advertising.
Where it's stored
On the platforms you message us through: WhatsApp Business and Instagram (both Meta Platforms) and our email provider. Those conversations are governed by each platform's own privacy policy. Binario Café keeps no contact database of its own.
Google Fonts
The site loads its typefaces from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. In doing so, your browser contacts Google's servers and Google receives your IP address, subject to its privacy policy. This is the only third-party connection the site makes.
No cookies, no analytics
This site uses no cookies, no browser local storage, and no analytics, tracking or advertising tools. There are no social media pixels and no visitor profiling.
How to request deletion
Email us at hola@binariocafe.com asking us to delete your conversation and contact details. We'll do it manually within a reasonable timeframe. Under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 you may also request access to, updating of, or correction of your data.
